The modern employee does not need a lot of training

My boss hired a modern employee to help with the commercial boiler repairs and he asked me to train the guy for a week or more than one.

I was gleeful to take the task, because I was curious about the employee as well.

There are only a couple of guys that can handle commercial boiler repairs and I am 1 of those servicemans. I wondered if the modern employee was as knowledgeable as he claimed to be on his toil application. The first day that every one of us worked together, I tested a variety of his commercial boiler maintenance skills. The people I was with and I had numerous weird jobs on the schedule and an choice to toil on a variety of weird concerns. I was pleasantly gleeful with the toil performed by the modern employee on the first day. On the minute day that every one of us worked together, every one of us assisted another supplier with a compact boiler replacement job, during the first week on the job, the modern serviceman and I maintained numerous weird boiler and a/c repairs. It is clear to me that the modern employee does not need a lot of training. Most of the time our boss will require modern guys to train for three or numerous weeks, even though I doubt this guy will need that much time. It seems as if he could hit the ground running already. That’s a nice change of pace, because most modern servicemans need extra nights of training and a lot of hand holding for the first few weeks, and chad will be just nice after everything I witnessed while in this past week.
