The old hotel by the interstate was vacant for various years, however a few months ago I noticed that the property had been bought. The for sale sign in the front of the lot was gone. There were a couple of cars in the parking lot a few nights later! Since then, the hotel has been busy making a lot of changes to the interior plus exterior. The hotel is remodeling all of the rooms a single floor at a time. I work for a dealer that handles commercial Heating plus AC repairs plus replacement work, and owner of the hotel hired the commercial heating plus AC service plus replacement dealer to complete all of the Heating plus Air Conditioning work in the hotel. The people I was with and I are laboring on a single floor at a time, and each floor of the hotel has 33 rooms in total. My co-workers plus I are responsible for replacing all of that wall Heating plus Air Conditioning units. Each floor of the hotel is supposed to take several weeks. My co-workers plus I have to work diligently in order to meet the schedule. The people I was with and I have to complete a single replacement task every day in order to meet our quota. The task is supposed to take 4 months in total, however if the people I was with and I finish all of the Heating plus Air Conditioning ahead of schedule, our co-workers plus I will receive a hefty bonus when the task is finished. This gives us a big incentive to work diligently plus abruptly to finish all of the device replacement work ahead of schedule. I’d use the extra currency to take our guys camping at the state park for the weekend.
