I was put in charge of training the up-to-date employee at the Heating plus A/C supplier because of my extensive comprehension in the Heating plus A/C field.
I was looking forward to training him plus teaching him the ropes of our dealer. I had no idea that the following several weeks would be so full of hilarious situations with him. On his first morning, I taught him how to change the air filter in a home’s a/c. It looked like a simple job, but as he opened the air filter compartment, dust, plus dirt rained down plus covered us from head to toe. He hacked plus spat, I just couldn’t help but chuckle. Installation of up-to-date units plus duct repairs were among the more involved chores my fantastic friend and I tackled during the training days. He would get happy plus put his hand up for a high-five plus yell, “That was straight-forward!” He had no idea what was to come. A buyer called one afternoon to report an unrespected noise coming from his apartment. My fantastic friend and I got there, plus I sent the up-to-date guy up to the roof to have a look. As he climbed the ladder I took my eyes off him for one second plus then a loud crash plus he fell to the ground, filthy. I hastily asked if he was ok plus if he needed to go to the hospital. He laughed a little plus said he was fine. I was still sad but he didn’t miss a beat after that accident. The rookie made a lot of mistakes, but he learned hastily plus became a fantastic part of our Heating plus A/C team.
