I have never been more eager for a Summer to begin since I was like 12. Back then, I didn’t give a hoot for staying inside the central air conditioner. No, I wanted to be outside on my bike or playing ball with friends, and getting to go for a swim was a special treat. My dad wasn’t exactly blissful to leave the air conditioner comfort of our condo to go stand at the pool while we swam. But God bless that man, he constantly took us at least two or three times a week. I suppose that might be why I joined a pool as an adult and have never looked back. I’m still living in the same region and only about an hour from right where I grew up. These days though I’m not so eager to get outside of the air conditioner during the peak hot hours of the afternoon. Even if it’s to get into a pool with my grandkids, I’d appreciate the afternoon or the evening during the height of Summer. But this Summer, I’m going to be so cheerful inside our condo with the current residential Heating and Air Conditioning that was installed last December. This Heating and Air Conditioning machine is the class of residential Heating and Air Conditioning and we have stuff like zone controlled Heating and Air Conditioning, along with a smart control unit. There are other Heating and Air Conditioning technologies that I know nothing about, but I’m sure I’m going to learn. For one, I’m going to learn all that stuff in order to save the most I can when it comes to the utility costs of cooling. With all the savings, I suppose I might even ease the usual control unit setting down a degree or two this Summertime.
