So I legitimately have nice dinners at night
When I lived in the north, nobody wanted to visit me. If they did they would stop by for less than a afternoon then leave. Nobody hung around o reven wanted to go to my house. Now that I live down south, abruptly everyone wants to see me. I get people I don’t recognize that well that want to come down south plus stay with me for a week. I recognize why. I am the holiday spot for people. All they would need is to pay for a flight, then they get free room plus meals. They also can like all the perks of the south without the work. I keep a well maintained pool. It is a big inground pool that is heated. I had a Heating, Ventilation plus A/C worker hook up my boiler system to give ample heating so I can swim in it all year. How nice for those people! I also have a sizzling tub that my furnace works at as well, then on chillier Winter time days the sizzling tub is just perfect. If people come dead in the summer, they can like my high velocity A/C system. The cooling system can abruptly whip the air around my entire beach condo plus lower the temperature in minutes. I also live near a produce rest plus a girl that catches fresh seafood. So I legitimately have nice dinners at night. Another bonus for those people is that I am 30 minutes away from an airport. Still, even though it would be great for everyone, I usually say no to letting them holiday for free.
