There is a new HVAC company here in the city that just moved in.
And with me being a HVAC specialist that just got out of HVAC college, this was the perfect occasion to try to get my first HVAC job. I went in and talked to the owner and they were more than gleeful to hire me because I was fresh out of HVAC college and they wanted to be a helping hand in getting my career started in the HVAC business, and how kind of them! Not many HVAC companies would do what they had just done to hire me, and so I was actually grateful to the new HVAC company for doing so. On my first afternoon working for the new HVAC company, they sent out one of their most certified,most experienced, and oldest HVAC specialists with me on my first job to make sure that I was ok in doing what I was going to be doing. Having that most certified and oldest HVAC specialist was genuinely a godsend altogether and it was actually helpful. This was about seven or eight months ago and now today I am completely working on my own at the new HVAC company, and doing seriously well with all the work that I do. I am quite happy with how it is going so far.
