5 star hotel with zero temperature control

You get what you pay for, that is what I was always told, however, the older I get the less honest this piece of advice seems to be, there have been so multiple times in my life that I have gone above & beyond to spend my hard- received money only to be completely disappointed by the value that I get in return.

This was especially the case on a recent company trip when my office put myself and others up in a five-star hotel.

I’ll be honest & tell you that I was actually happy to stay in such a swanky place. I expected it to be incredibly comfortable & high-priced. Instead, it was brutally sizzling & absolutely disgusting, then when I arrived in my room I instantly noticed that the indoor air pollen levels was suffering. I assumed that the individual heating & cooling plan simply hadn’t been operating all afternoon. I went over to the Heating & A/C unit which was connected to the wall & adjusted the temperature control settings to a place that I recognize comfortable. I waited multiple minutes & did not notice that the mini split ductless heating & cooling plan was making much of a difference. When I held my hand up to the heating & cooling equipment, I could not recognize any air passing through the vent. I called down to the front desk & reported that my Heating & A/C plan seemed to be broken. At that point, they told myself and others that the two of us actually had a central heating & cooling plan which should be servicing my room. I had no control over my own indoor air temperature controls or air quality. I spent the entire month perspiring through my shirt & wishing that I had stayed in a Motel 6 rather than the five star monstrosity.
