Dust causes troubles with furnace

I’ve realized that the biggest concern with a forced air heating method is dust plus other airborne particulates. Along with blocking essential airflow, dust causes friction for moving parts, but because the maximum amount of heated air isn’t reaching the intended destination, it takes longer to bring room temperature up to meet the thermostat setting… Longer furnace cycles use more energy plus increase wear plus tear on the equipment. I observed that our heating bills were climbing steadily higher. The oil furnace seemed to be running non stop plus there was a big difference in temperature from room to room. I was typically vacuuming plus dusting plus our whole family complained of headaches. When I hired a licensed Heating plus A/C company to repair the system, he said I was lucky to avoid a more lavish repair. Various components were showing the strain of the extra workload. The cleaning process was quick plus not overly lavish. The Heating plus A/C serviceman also tightened several electrical wires, lubricated the moving parts plus verified the condition of the heat exchanger. Once he was done, the furnace was restored to peak capacity plus efficiency. It’s impossible to prevent a gradual accumulation of dust within the inner workings. It’s necessary to schedule professional repair for the furnace every fall.
