I have never been called cheap.
At least, not to my face.
But, it would be accurate to describe my spending behavior to be conseravative plus cautious. I never spend currency on anything that I haven’t looked into first. And I yell at anyone who leaves the door open while the HVAC is running. My children have nearly given up on attempting to get myself and others to make an impulse buy. The argument of buying something just because I can simply doesn’t flow with me. Anytime a member of my family wants to purchase something with family currency, they get the same answer from me. That answer is to go do the research then show myself and others the numbers. Otherwise, spend your own currency. I have found that when a single of the kids honestly does the due diligence, they tend to be much more selective plus end up saving some currency. However, I could ease up now plus again. I realize this. The family went on a holiday recently. They wanted to stay in a super luxury hotel. My fiance plus kids went online plus found an incredible deal. I bought in plus the people I was with and I booked our stay. The hotel was attractive indeed. However, the heating plus cooling plan in the room was completely unsatisfactory. Every one of us were going to see an section noted for the heat plus it was summer. The heat in the room was beyond oppressive. The repair guy tried various times. The hotel switched us to another room however it was as terrible or worse. I suppose the people I was with and I all came to the same conclusion as to why the people I was with and I were able to get such a deal on the room rate.
