Because I knew exactly what I wanted and it was something that was too tough to find in stores, I went to a custom furniture outlet and had my sofa custom built by hand. My custom made sofa is so awesome and cozy! I really love it! It fits my living room just perfectly and it looks so great with everything else in there. I did not have to get interior design help at all. Because I knew exactly what I needed and exactly what would look great in my living room against all of the other furniture I have in there. Since I have mostly all cherry furniture, it was pretty easy to know what color to have my custom sofa to match everything else. It all worked out really wonderful. So if you can afford it, I really recommend getting yourself a custom made sofa.
