I like hanging out with our younger sibling.
She just graduated university plus moved back to the town where I plus the rest of our family still lives.
When we were younger we used to go to films together at the theater down the road from our parents’ house. We’d get on our bikes plus ride down to the theater to catch a double feature. Whenever there were summer time or Winter breaks, we’d spend most of our entire weekend at the film theater, catching more than three to multiple films in the process. My sibling has just recently moved into her first apartment. Ever since I helped him move her life into her modern apartment, she made plans with me for our first film evening since we were youngsters. I was gleeful at the idea! But before I left, I noticed she had a modern window a/c sitting on top of its box with some of the packaging foam plus tape still attached. I asked him if she was having concerns with her modern window a/c, plus she mentioned that she has no idea how to correctly secure the equipment to her window frame. Since I’ve installed a few window a/cs over the years, I was confident I could help him out. I stayed an additional hour to help me sibling get her window a/c secured to her window frame. The last thing we did was stuff insulation foam into any of the cracks between the equipment plus the window. My sibling was gleeful after we finished the chore. I’m gleeful to spend time with our sibling at her modern apartment, especially now that we can resume our film evenings from before.
