Both of my parents died within 6 weeks of each other. That was fairly stunning to lose them both so close together. However, I knew that once my Mom passed on, my Dad would not be around all that long. He so adored her that he was lost when she went to the beauty parlor. It’s upset plus unusual not to have them around anymore. But, I’m glad they are together now. Settling the estate was not too hard as their wishes were clear plus I’m their only child. I was left with the outdated homeplace which had been in the family for a honestly long time however didn’t even have current HVAC. I live in a house which is honestly comfortable for myself and others plus my family. But, I wanted to do something with the property that would spend my money forward what my mom plus dad were consistently about. My parents were both super kind plus generous to all of those they came into contact with. However, family was the core of their lives. I decided to use some currency to update the family home. I started by putting in multi break heating plus cooling units. These things are awesome because they don’t need any HVAC duct to do the job. They are a bit more lavish however are super efficient so that will be a savings on the long end. The multi break HVAC plan has various air handlers which can be independently controlled. My thought is to turn the house into a place for those in our extended family who have hit difficult economic times. With the HVAC updates the people I was with and I were able to divide the big apartment into separate residing quarters for family members attempting to get back on their feet.
