I recently had my central heating and air conditioning system replaced.
- It was totally unexpected and I was not planning on it.
The heating and air conditioning company that did the replacement knew exactly what I needed to work in my house. The original heating and air conditioning unit that I had was no longer being made, that is how old it was (no wonder it broke down!). So the next best thing out of current heating and cooling systems was selected to replace it. What shocked me is how huge this HVAC unit was! I had actually never seen such a tall and wide central heating and air conditioning system in my entire life! I would have thought that the current up to date central heating and air conditioning systems would be more compact than the really old ones. But it was the total reverse! I was not complaining though, it fit nicely in my backyard and the cost of the central heating and air conditioning unit was not much more than what I had paid for my original one several years ago. It was just going to take some getting used to. Every single time I would go out to mow my lawn or do anything in my backyard I would be thrown back by the huge monster of a central heating and air conditioning system unit that would be sitting where my old compact one once sat. I guess that heating and air conditioning technology has advanced so much since I bought my previous HVAC unit.
