Trying to do our own work

All of us have been working towards making every home get ductless Heating & Air Conditioning

My brother and I have gotten into home flipping. My brother has the money to buy these venues, and I have ample time to help him… The issue is that the two of us have no system what the two of us are doing, but hiring out all the services would be so high-priced… All of us would hardly make a profit on the home if the two of us got an electrician, plumber and Heating & Air Conditioning contractor to do work in it, but so the two of us are trying to figure out what to do. My brother has taken on the electric in the house. He is learning about wiring lights and outlets; I am dealing with plumbing issues. I have laid up-to-date pipes down and gutted a few bathrooms. All of us both have agreed to tackle Heating & Air Conditioning as a team. There is both heating and cooling, so that should require two people right? All of us both don’t really think what to do; Google and youtube videos are only so helpful. All of us are learning through trial and error though. All of us l acquired that removing outdated HVAC duct is quite difficult. The 8 inch metal air ducts are put in really narrow inside the walls and ceilings. It takes a little elbow grease and a lot of determination to remove them. All of us have been working towards making every home get ductless Heating & Air Conditioning. That is the easiest to install and the two of us get heating and air in one system. All of us simply mount an indoor air handler, feed wires and tubes outside and into the outdoor air compressor. All of us are getting better at it, however it still takes forever.
