Off we go in my friend Arnold’s truck.
I’m not really a truck person but this thing is comfortable.
It’s a little older, maybe 10 but we are only taking this vehicle because he said that the air conditioning only works in here so to battle the air quality of the outdoors, this is the way to go. We discussed on the way to the theater what type of movie we would like to watch. The movie theatre is slightly older, it’s not one of those fancy theaters that have recliners or anything because we live in a small town. So it came down to a few options, this vampire mystery movie and an adventure-type movie. We didn’t know what we were going to see until we got there because we had no clue what the showtimes were. So when I was talking about our older theater, they don’t have an app so you can choose your seats and see movie times. They usually post them in a weekly ad for the community to see. I just forgot to take a look before we left. So we are going in blind with the hopes to catch one of those films. It’s not a long drive, it’s like 25 minutes and it’s currently 5:45 pm so I’m sure something will be playing around 6:15 or 6:30 today. I just hope that the HVAC system is up to par with what I was experiencing in my house and this truck currently. That would be the only negative thing I can think about at this moment.
