My buddy Arnold and I are here! We are at the movie theater and for a Monday, it looks pretty dead.
What I mean by that is that no one is here besides a few employees and maybe a couple of customers.
I think I saw one but not sure. The place is overpowering my sense with popcorn and as we walk up to the booth to choose our movie. I see that both movies we were interested in are showing. Arnold and I discussed on the way here what type of movie we would like to see. He wanted to see an adventure movie that dealt with the jungle or something and I wanted to see a vampire mystery movie. Don’t get me wrong, I’d see both but that is the type of movie I like to watch tonight. I told the cashier, I don’t care what movie we see but I want the theater that has better air conditioning. Arnold looked at me in agreement. Arnold then told the cashier that his HVAC system broke down so he wants to feel all the cool air and have the best air quality. We were then told that their HVAC system was recently updated by the local cooling company so having a comfortable experience at the theater shouldn’t be a problem for us. Ok, so then which movie? It looks like based on showtimes that we will be seeing the jungle movie. I’m kind of bummed out but I’ll still have fun with it. But first, I need to get my hands on some of this popcorn!
