It was normal wear and tear, and I could not rent it out before my buddy and I made the repairs. If the occupant had damaged walls deliberately, broken doors or windows, I would hold them liable for those repairs, however these were those kinds of occupants. They were living in the condo until they could afford to buy a home. Apartment remodel services are one thing the home manager deals with, however normally, my buddy and I would have condo remodel services as part of our team, however the condo remodel services my buddy and I used to use went out of supplier during the pandemic. I now had to find another condo remodel service that would be ready to labor when my buddy and I called, and do the job at a price my home owner would accept, and it had to be done well.
