My situation was only temporary, so I wanted a furnished living space.

I was being temporarily located so I needed a furnished living space for only six months.

  • I didn’t want to be tied to a place and sign a lease that would be renegotiated every few months or even once a year.

I just wanted a six-month lease with a month-to-month opportunity in case this task took any longer than planned. I asked my secretary Jen to find me several occasions within a five-mile radius of the business. I was going to have Jen check out the locations and make sure the furnished living space was what I needed and wanted. Jen was then going to bring back pictures for me to look at and decide. I wished I could do the apartment scouting by myself, but I didn’t have time. I went from location to another, and I seldom had more than a few days to get settled down. I was then back at another sight, and opening another location for my company, but last week, Jen sent the pictures of two furnished living spaces and they both suited my needs. I had plenty of open space to entertain, but there was a family room where I could relax, and a small home office for work I brought home with me. The furnished living space was done with total comfort in mind, but with a look of elegance. I couldn’t feel how large the furnished living area was, for the price they were asking. I paid my secretary handsomely and told Jen he could have a week off with pay. Once again, Jen had found the perfect furnished living space that I could call home.
