The new employee doesn't need a lot of training

My boss hired a new employee to help with the commercial boiler repairs as well as she asked myself and others to train the girl for a month or more than one.

  • I was glad to take the task, because I was curious about the employee as well.

There are only a couple of guys that can handle commercial boiler repairs as well as I am one of those servicemans. I wondered if the new employee was as know-howable as she claimed to be on her work application. The first afternoon that every one of us worked together, I tested a variety of her commercial boiler repair skills. The people I was with and I had many odd tasks on the schedule as well as an opportunity to work on a variety of odd problems. I was pleasantly glad with the work performed by the new employee on the first afternoon. On the minute afternoon that every one of us worked together, every one of us assisted another contractor with a compact boiler installation task, during the first month on the task, the new serviceman as well as I diagnosed many odd boiler as well as air conditioner repairs. It is clear to myself and others that the new employee does not need a lot of training. Most of the time our boss will require new guys to train for many or many weeks, although I doubt this girl will need that much time. It seems as if she could hit the ground running already. That’s a nice change of pace, because most new servicemans need extra afternoons of training as well as a lot of hand holding for the first few months. Chad will be just enjoyable after everything I witnessed while in this past week.
