The smoke from my fireplace is starting to really damage my lungs

I think I may never fully recover from my stint in the hospital last year with pneumonia.

Although I wasn’t worked on with severe asthma after that, my respiratory symptoms mirror those of an asthmatic.

Certain things that never had any kind of effect on myself and others whatsoever are now making it hard for myself and others to breathe completely unrestricted. If my corporate office decides to put up new paint in a single 1 of the rooms through the night, I’ll have intense respiratory issues for the next 2 or three afternoons as the paint slowly cures. Similarly, any of my coworkers who wear excessive cologne or perfume have a profoundly setback effect on my abilities to breathe. Worst of all, it seems to be an issue with my fireplace as well. Until late last year, wood was regularly my primary source for indoor heat while in our frigid Winter season. Now that I have these seemingly disfigured lungs, any bit of smoke starts to irritate them massively. I have had my fireplace plus chimney cleaned several times hoping that perhaps it was an issue of so much smoke not exiting the house love it should. Sadly, I was told each time that there was little if anything at all they could do to improve my situation. I am being pushed into buying a fan forced heating plans because the smoke from my fireplace is seriously aggravating my lungs plus airways. Although they’re never especially energy efficient, a fan forced heating plan seems love my best bet. They’re so affordable plus since I already have existing air duct that was merely going unused, I could have it installed separately from paying additional currency for a ventilation system.
