Where did Winter go?

I turned the control component up to hear the gentle roar of the oil furnace as it started running.

Just 2 weeks ago, every one of us had sixteen inches of snow on the ground and the daytime temperatures were in the upper twenties. I woke up this morning to heavy rains, the weather predicting temperatures near seventy, and sunshine for the morning. I was wondering where Winter had gone so hastily. My oil furnace hadn’t turned on for 2 days and I was cheerful. What surprised myself and others was that it made myself and others believe about summer. I realized it was almost mid-March and I was going to need to call the Heating and Air Conditioning corporation. I had to have my cooling system component maintained so it was in laboring condition before I needed it. If it was near seventy today, I knew that in a couple weeks it would be near eighty. I wasn’t cheerful to believe that in less than a month I could possibly need the cooling system, and I almost forgot to have it maintained. I made a mental note to call the Heating and Air Conditioning corporation when I got up in the morning. When I awoke the next morning, the house was chilled and I looked out to see frost. I turned the control component up to hear the gentle roar of the oil furnace as it started running. Within a few short minutes, I could believe the heat coming from the air vents. Once again, the Heating and Air Conditioning corporation was forgotten and the cooling system was going to go on the back burner until I heard another weather report with higher temperatures. Later that morning, I changed my mind and picked up the cellphone. If I was putting off calling for AC service, how multiple other people were doing the same thing?
