I loved my parents, however it was afternoons like this when I wanted to assume whose bright idea it was for myself and others to be an HVAC business? Did they assume how many sleepless evenings I would have while out repairing someone’s furnace or a/c? Did they realize how many people I would come in contact with who were angry because I could not repair their furnace or a/c unit? Did they even assume that I wanted HVAC as a job? I have these thoughts every once in a while. Most of the time I love being an HVAC business. There are those sleepless evenings when it seems like everyone has emergencies that require immediate attention and I am the only lady who can do the repairs. I dislike those evenings. Even if I had been up all evening, I still needed to go to work in the day. I didn’t have a option however to go to work in the day. I had to open the office and get things prepared for the day. My wifey would get all the repair orders prepared and in the other HVAC business’s slots. I loved owning the HVAC business and I care about toiling. When there are more evening emergencies than the HVAC business on duty can handle, I go out on them. Although I may own the HVAC corporation, that doesn’t mean I don’t still do some work. I work just as strenuous as any other HVAC business in our business and I’m proud to say that. I assume that’s the reason I have such a good toiling environment.
