This local independent heating plus A/C contractor that I selected was not the best, but when she came to my lake house to begin the Heating plus A/C tune up, it seemed as if she had never done an Heating plus A/C tune up in her life! This worried myself and others instantly. However, I let him continue because I really needed to get this done.
